Welcome to Bali, one of famous-extraordinary provinces in Indonesia. The province includes the island of Bali and a few smaller offshore islands, notably Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Ceningan.

Bali is known as The Island of a Thousand Temples or The Island of Gods. These temples are tucked into every corner of the island and range from magnificent, intricate structures to lesser-known shrines and holy sites. Bali is the only Hindu-majority province in Indonesia, with 86.9% of the population adhering to Balinese Hinduism.

In Bali, you will find natural wonders from dense jungles, food-laden forests, active volcanoes, perfect rice-fields, waterfall, extraordinary underwater and mountains with an exotic array of tropical plants. This province is Indonesia's main tourist destination, with a significant rise in tourism since the 1980s.
