If you're doing your visa extension process by your own, and you would like to continue your holiday. Don't worry ! We are ready to be your representative to pick up your passport at the immigration office.

Required Documents:

• Scan of Your Passport (Identity Page)
• E-Visa and E-Stay Permit
• Arrival Stamp (if any)
• Power of Attorney Letter
• Billing Code Paper

Procedures:

• Send your documents (point 1-3) through our WhatsApp
• We prepare documents
• We set up a time to meet and to sign the letter with both parties

• Representative fee is not included with transportation fee.
• Transportation fee will be based on Gojek/Grab App or shipment fee if you would like us to ship it to another islands in Indonesia.
