to extend your stay permit, you are required to have a local guarantor and we love to be your guarantor !

Why is it mandatory to have a local guarantor?

• The Guarantor is responsible for the presence and activities of the guaranteed Foreigner while staying in Indonesian Territory and is obliged to report any changes in civil status, immigration status and change of address.

• Guarantor is obliged to:

  • provide periodic reports every 30 (thirty) days electronically or non-electronically regarding the whereabouts and activities of Foreigners which he guarantees are accurate to the directorate which has duties and functions of immigration supervision and the local Immigration Office;

  • make efforts to make it easier for immigration officers to monitor immigration of guaranteed foreigners;

  • present the foreigner he or she guarantees to the immigration officer if needed in the context of an immigration inspection.

• The Guarantor is obliged to ensure that the Foreigner he guarantees:

  • not change status to asylum seeker or refugee;

  • not suffer from infectious diseases that endanger public health;

  • not included in the wanted list of persons to be arrested from a foreign country.

Termination of Guarantee

Guarantee by the Corporate Guarantor ends if:

• Foreigners who are given guarantees have left Indonesian territory and will not return;
• Foreigners who are given guarantees change Guarantor;
• Revocation of the guarantee decision by the Director General;
• Foreigner who is given insurance dies;
• The corporate business license is declared to have expired by the authorized official;
• The corporation has been declared bankrupt based on a court order.
